Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time in your profile settings.
What happens to my data when I change plans?
All your notes and data are preserved. When switching to a plan with fewer features, some functions may become unavailable, but your data is not deleted.
How are classification and normalization requests counted?
Each classification or text normalization operation counts as one request. Limits are reset monthly.
What does "unlimited" mean?
Unlimited means there are no restrictions on using the feature within reasonable service usage.
Can I extend the "Starter" plan?
No, the "Starter" plan is only available for 10 days for new users and cannot be extended or purchased separately. After the trial period ends, you can choose one of the paid plans (Standard or Pro) or continue using the free plan.
How does family access work?
Family access allows the plan owner to add other users for shared access to notes from the "family" category. Each added user works within their own plan — if a user has a free plan, they will have free plan limitations, even if the family access owner uses a paid plan. This allows each family member to have their own individual plan that matches their needs.
How long are archived notes stored?
Archived notes are stored for 6 months from the date of the last note update. If you update an archived note, the storage period is extended for another 6 months from the update date. After 6 months without updates, archived notes may be automatically deleted by the system.
